Having run Cygnus Documentation
Services for over 12 years, Hilary has
a wide range of experience as a copywriter
and technical author. The migration
to Cygnus Extra represents the next
exciting phase in a project that has
developed over the years and seems to
have grown wings. She is a member of
ISTC, the Institute of Scientific and
Technical Communicators and has an MA
hons English Lang and Lit from St Andrews
University (1985).

Mark Phillips
Mark was a founder, owner
and IT Director of Spektra Group Limited
since 1996, and has now added his technical
skills and experience to Cygnus Extra,
providing an extra technical dimension
to Cygnus's offerings. His background
in Astronomy and Astrophysics also allows
Cygnus to undertake more challenging
scientific and technical writing.
